Preparation: Cook from frozen.

Shallow fry: Add a little rapeseed oil or similar to a pre-heated frying pan and place the Gyozas in the pan, flat side down, for approx. 30 sec. Add 2–3 tbsp. of water and cover with foil or a lid. Leave the Gyozas to simmer gently for approx. 3–4 min. Make sure they do not get too hot or they will become too dark. After the water has evaporated, the Gyozas will be slightly spongy on the top with a crisp base, ready to serve.

Serve with soy sauce. Allow 3–4 per person as a starter or a snack.

Tilberedning: Direkte fra frost.

Pande: Kom lidt rapsolie el. lign. på en varm pande og anbring Gyozaerne med den flade side på panden i ca. 30 sek., 2-3 spsk. vand tilsættes og folie eller låg kommes på. Lad Gyozaerne småsimre i ca. 3-4 min. Pas på de ikke får det for varmt, så de bliver for mørke. Efter vandet er fordampet er Gyozaerne let svampet øverst og med sprød bund, lige klar til at servere.

Server’ med sojasauce. Beregn 3-4 stk. pr. person til forret eller som snacks.
