2 servings of mini potato gratin. 2 cod fillets (250–300 g).
Steam the cod fillets in an oven-proof dish in the oven (180°C) for approx. 12–15 min. Chop fresh, seasonal vegetables into suitable pieces, sauté in olive oil until tender but still crisp.
Serve on pre-heated plates with potato gratin, butter sauce (melted butter with dill), the vegetables, some capers and cod fillet.

Damp torskefileterne i et fad i ovn (180°C) i ca. 12-15 min. Årstidens friske urter skæres i passende stykker, svitses i lidt olivenolie til de er møre, men stadig sprøde.
Anrettes på varme tallerkner med kartoffelgratin, smørsauce (smeltet smør med dild), urterne, lidt kapers og torskefilet.
