Serves 2–3.

Approx. 300 g peeled Vannamei prawns, oil, iceberg lettuce, 100 g mange-touts, 1 red bell-pepper, 1 carrot, broccoli, asparagus, 2 shallots, 2–3 cloves garlic, soy. Clean the vegetables and julienne.

Heat the wok, add the peeled prawns and heat until crisp. Remove the prawns and add the vegetables. When they are done, add a little soy and turn the vegetables in the soy.

Serve with the prawns on top.

2-3 personer.

Ca. 300 g pillede Vannamei-rejer, olie, icebergsalat, 100 g sukkerærter, 1 rød peberfrugt, 1 gulerod, broccoli, asparges, 2 skalotteløg, 2-3 fed hvidløg, soja. Grøntsagerne rengøres og snittes i fine strimler.

Varm wok’en op, kom de pillede rejer i og varm til de er sprøde. Rejerne tages op og grøntsagerne kommes i. Når de er færdige tilsættes lidt soja og grøntsagerne vendes heri.

Anrettes med rejerne øverst.
