Serves 4.

400 g Black Tiger Prawns, seasonal salad.

Marinate the Black Tiger Prawns in an oil and garlic marinade for approx. 2 hours. Fry or grill the prawns, peel and serve with creamed herbs.

Creamed herbs: Stir 50 ml crème fraîche and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise with finely chopped herbs (e.g. parsley/dill/chives/basil). Season with a little white wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve with warm baguettes.

400 g Black Tiger rejer, årstidens salat.

Black Tiger rejerne marineres i ca. 2 timer i en marinade af olie og hvidløg. Rejerne steges eller grilles, pilles og serveres med en krydderurtecreme.

Krydderurtecreme: 1 dl creme fraiche og 2 spsk. majonæse røres med fint hakkede krydderurter (f.eks. persille/dild/purløg/basilikum). Smag til med lidt hvidvin, citronsaft, salt og peber.

Serveres med lun flute.
