Serves 4.

400 g prawns, 1 fresh pineapple, seasonal salad.

Mango dip: 100 g mayonnaise, 100 g crème fraîche, 18%, 1 tsp. curry powder, 2 tbsp. mango chutney, 50 ml whipping cream.

Blend the ingredients; season with salt and pepper. Peel the pineapple, chop into suitable pieces and mix into the Salad.

Arrange the prawns, salad and dip on plates. Garnish with tomato, cucumber, etc., if desired.

Serve with warm baguettes.

400 g rejer, 1 frisk ananas, årstidens salat.

Mango dip: 100 g mayonnaise, 100 g creme fraiche, 18%, 1 tsk. karry, 2 spsk. mango chutney. ½ dl piskefløde.

Ingredienserne blendes, smages til med salt og peber. Ananas skrælles og skæres i passende stykker og blandes i salaten.

Rejer, salat og dip anrettes på tallerkner. Pynt evt. med tomat, agurk o.l.

Serveres med lune flutes.
