Garlic Marinated Tiger Prawn skewer and salad

Oven: Place the frozen prawn skewers on a baking sheet and put them on the roasting rack in the middle of the oven. Roast for 8–9 min. at 180°C or until the prawns change colour.

Fry: heat a little oil in a pan and fry the defrosted, marinated Tiger Prawn skewers for approx. 3–4 min.

Grill: Lightly oil an aluminium tray and grill the defrosted prawn skewers for approx. 6 min.

Sprinkle finely chopped parsley over the marinated Tiger Prawn skewers and serve them hot with salad, sweet-and-sour chili sauce, bell-peppers and lemon.

I ovn: Læg de frosne rejespyd på bagepapir og placer dem på stegeristen midt i ovnen. Steg i ca. 8-9 min. ved 180°C eller indtil rejerne tager farve.

På pande: varm lidt olie op i en pande og steg de optøede marinerede Tiger Rejespyd i ca. 3-4 min.

På grill: Kom lidt olie i en alubakke og steg de optøede rejespyd i ca. 6 min.

Drys finthakket persille over de marinerede Tiger Reje spyd og server dem varme med salat, sursød chilisauce, peberfrugt og citron.
