Serves 4.

Ingredients: Seafood Cocktail 350 g, 200 g egg noodles, green and red bell-peppers, finely chopped green herbs, curry powder, salt and pepper.

Sauce: 50 ml whipping cream, 1 tbsp. chutney, curry powder and chicken stock. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, add the curry powder and fry briefly. Add the other ingredients, reduce to a suitable consistency and season with salt.

Fry the individual ingredients, beginning with the squid; season with curry powder and salt. Place the egg noodles in boiling water, bring briefly to the boil and then rinse in cold water. In a pan with a small amount of olive oil, mix the noodles with the finely diced bell-peppers; season with salt and pepper. Serve on 4 plates and garnish with freshly chopped Herbs.

Ingredienser: Seafood Cocktail 350 g, 200 gr ægnudler, grøn og rød peberfrugt, finthakket grønne krydderurter, karry, salt og peber.

Sauce: ½ dl. piskefløde 1 spsk chutney, karry og hønseboullion. Lidt smør smeltes i en gryde, karry tilsættes og ristes ganske kort. Øvrige ingredienser tilsættes, koges ned til passende konsistens og smages til med salt.

Rist de enkelte ingredienser startende med blæksprutterne, smag til med karry og salt. Ægnudlerne kommes i kogende vand, gives et kort opkog og skylles herefter i koldt vand. Vend nudlerne på en pande i lidt olivenolie sammen med peberfrugterne skåret i fine tern, smag til med salt og peber. Anrettes på 4 tallerkner  og pynt med friskhakkede krydderurter.
