Serves 2:

200 g scallops, 2 leeks cut into rings, 100 g julienne carrots, 1 head of broccoli divided into florets, 1 bell-pepper, 100 g mange-touts, 1 finely chopped shallot, soy sauce, oil for frying, salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in the wok and add the vegetables, followed by the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté the scallops in a preheated pan and serve on top of the wok vegetables.

If desired, serve newly harvested asparagus potatoes as an accompaniment.

2 personer:

200 g kammuslinger, 2 porrer i ringe, 100 g gulerødder i strimler (julienne), 1 broccoli i buketter, 1 peberfrugt, 100 g sukkerærter, 1 fintsnittet charlotteløg, soyasauce, olie til stegning, salt og peber.

Olien varmes op i wokken og grøntsagerne kommes i. Soyasauce tilsættes. Smag til med salt og peber. Kammuslingerne svitses på en varm pande og serveres ovenpå wokgrøntsagerne.

Nye friske aspargeskartofler kan serveres som tilbehør.
