Scallops with Pasta

200 g scallops, 200 g fresh pasta, 50 g mixed nuts, fresh basil, parsley, chili.

Dressing: Mix together 1 tbsp. oyster sauce, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. olive oil.

Bring the pasta rapidly to the boil, rinse in cold water; sauté the scallops in a preheated pan; toast the nuts; stir in the pasta; season with salt and pepper.

Serve on 4 plates and garnish with chopped parsley, basil and finely chopped chili. Apply the dressing to the plate.

200 g kammuslinger, 200 g frisk pasta, 50 g blandede nødder, frisk basilikum, persille, chilli.

Dressing: 1 spsk. østerssauce, 1 spsk. soyasauce og 1 spsk. olivenolie røres sammen.

Pastaen gives et kort opkog og skylles i koldt vand. Kammuslingerne svitses på varm pande, nødderne ristes, pastaen vendes i og krydres med salt og peber.

Anrettes på 4 tallerkner og pynt med hakket persille, basilikum og fintskåret chilli. Dressingen fordeles på tallerknen.
