½ pepper fruit, 1 spring onion, 10 g fresh ginger, little fresh red chilli, 1 clove garlic, ½ dl white wine, freshly chopped coriander, 450 g Camanchaca Mussels in garlic sauce.

Cut pepper fruit and spring onion into strips. chop ginger, chilli and garlic. Put it all in a saucepan with white wine and mussels, bring to the boil and continue for one or two minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest a little.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and serve with hot French bread.

½ peberfrugt, 1 forårsløg, 10 g frisk ingefær, lidt frisk rød chili, 1 fed hvidløg, ½ dl. hvidvin, friskhakkede koriander, 450 g Camanchaca  Mussel in butter garlic sauce.

Skær peber, forårsløg i strimler, hak ingefær, chili og hvidløg. Kom det hele i en gryde sammen med hvidvin og muslinger, kog op og lad det koge i et par min. Tag gryden af og lad retten trække lidt.

Drys med friskhakkede koriander og server med lun flüte.
