2 tuna steaks (250 g).

Cook from frozen or thawed. Defrosting: cold water: 25 minutes - in the refrigerator: 8 hours.

On a very hot pan add a little oil, place the tuna steaks and cooked (if thawed) about 1 min. on each side, season with salt and pepper (if necessary lemon).

In wok or pan fry fresh seasonal herbs cut into suitable pieces in a little olive oil. Can be served with a pan sauce added mushrooms and sauteed onions.

Suitable for barbecue.

2 tun steaks (250 g).

Tilberedes fra frossen eller optøet. Optøning: i kold vand: 25 min - i køleskab: 8 timer.

På en meget varm pande tilsættes lidt olie, tun steaks kommes på og steges (hvis optøet) ca. 1 min. på hver side, krydr med salt og peber (evt. citron).

I wok eller pande svitses årstidens friske urter skåret i passende stykker i lidt olivenolie. Serveres f.eks. med en pandesovs tilsat champignon og svitsede løg.

Velegnet til grill.
