Serves 2.

Rinse 2 fillets, pat dry and dust with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Pan-fry in half butter, half rapeseed oil for approx. 2½ min. each side. Serve with wok vegetables and ginger sauce.

Ginger sauce:

Finely grate 50 g fresh ginger, 1 clove garlic and 1 small shallot. Sauté the ingredients in a little butter, add a dash of white wine and whipping cream, and reduce to a suitable consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

2 pers.

2 stk fileter skylles, aftørres og vendes i mel krydret med salt og peber. Steges på pande i halv smør og halv rapsolie i ca. 2½ min på hver side. Serveres med wok-grønsager og ingefærsauce.

Ingefærsauce:

50 gr. frisk ingefær rives fint, 1 fed hvidløg og 1 lille skalotteløg finthakkes. Ingredienserne sauteres i lidt smør, tilsæt lidt hvidvin og piskefløde og kog ind til passende konsistens. Smag til med salt og peber.
