Multi Grain Breaded Alaska Pollock with butter sauce

Grease an ovenproof dish (or a baking sheet) with a little oil and place the Multi-grain Breaded Alaskan Pollock in it. Bake the fillets at 200°C for approx. 8–10 min. in a preheated oven.

Finely chop fresh, seasonal vegetables, sauté in a hot frying pan and serve with freshly harvested potatoes. Sprinkle a garnish of chives over the potatoes and add a slice of lemon. Serve with butter sauce – melt the butter in a small casserole dish, and add finely chopped herbs (chives or parsley).

Smør et ildfast fad (evt. bagepapir) med lidt olie og læg Flerkornspaneret Alaska Sej fileter heri. Fileterne bages i en forvarmet ovn på 200 °C i ca. 8-10 min.

Årstidens friske grøntsager skæres i fine stykker, svitses let på en varm pande og serveres sammen med nyopgravede kartofler. Garnér med purløg strøet over kartoflerne og en citronskive.

Servér med smørsauce - smelt smør i en lille kasserolle, krydderurt (purløg eller persille) hakkes fint og kommes i.
