Fish Fingers are best cooked from frozen.

Pan fry: Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the frozen fish fingers for approx. 8 min. (turn frequently).

Oven: Preheat the oven to 210°C, arrange the fish fingers on a baking tray and bake for approx. 13 min. until golden (fan-assisted oven: approx. 11 min.).

Serve with salad, julienne carrots, cucumber slices, etc.

Children’s dip: a little rémoulade.

As a snack for adults, serve with a herb and garlic dip.

Fiskepindene tilberedes bedst fra frost.

Pande: Varm olie på en pande og steg de frosne fiskepinde i ca. 8 min. (vendes ofte).

Ovn: Forvarm ovnen til 210°C, læg fiskepindene på en bradepande og steg i ca. 13 min. indtil de er gyldne (varmluftovn ca. 11 min.).

Server med salat, julienne af gulerod, agurkeskiver o.l.

Dip til børn: lidt remoulade.

Snacks til voksne: en dip med krydderurter og hvidløg.
