Fry or bake the breaded fish fillets from frozen. Lightly sauté seasonal vegetables (e.g. leeks, bell-peppers, red onion, tomatoes, broccoli) in oil and serve with new potatoes and lemon. Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.

De panerede fiskefileter lægges fra frosne på en pande eller i ovn. Årstidens urter ( feks. porrer, peberfrugt, rødløg, tomat, broccoli) svitses let i olie og serveres sammen med nye kartofler og citron. Hakket persille drysses over lige før servering.
