Oven: Place the battered frozen cod on a baking sheet and put on the roasting rack in the middle of the oven. Bake at 180°C for approx. 13–15 min. until golden brown.

Deep-fry: heat the oil to 180°C, put the battered frozen cod in the fryer and fry for approx. 4–5 min. until golden brown.

Tartare sauce. Ingredients: ½ cup organic skyr, 2 tbsp. quality mayonnaise, the juice of ½ lemon, 1–2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. chopped capers, 7–8 cornichons (chopped), 1 bunch of chopped chives, salt and pepper. Mix and season with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestion: French fries, seasonal vegetables and lemon.

Tilberedning:

I ovn: Læg de frosne indbagte torsk på bagepapir og placer dem på stegeristen midt i ovnen.

Steg i ca. 13-15 min. ved 180°C indtil de bliver gylden brune.

Friture: varm olien op til 180°C, læg de frosne indbagte torsk i og steg i ca. 4-5 min. indtil de bliver gylden brune.

Tartarsauce. Ingredienser: ½ bæger øko skyr, 2 spsk god mayonaise, saften fra ½ citron, 1-2 tsk. dijonsennep, 1 spsk. hakkede kapers, 7-8 cornichoner (hakkede), 1 bdt. hakket purløg, salt og peber. Rør det hele sammen og smag til med salt og peber.

Serveres med f.eks. pommes fritter, årstidens grønt og citron.

Velegnet til fish and chips.
